What is Triumvo?
Triumvo is a public sponsored advertising and discovery board. Businesses pay for a ranked placement that links visitors to their submitted website, product or public social profile. It is not an editorial recommendation, investment product, lottery, wager or prize competition.
What do I purchase?
You purchase immediate digital advertising placement. After Dodo Payments confirms the payment, Triumvo publishes a compliant new listing or adds the qualifying amount to an existing listing. The paid amount and sponsored nature of the position remain visible.
How is rank calculated?
Higher confirmed qualifying spend ranks first. Equal totals retain settlement order. The checkout preview is not a reservation: the final position is calculated atomically when payment is confirmed.
Can another advertiser move above me?
Yes. Another advertiser can later make a larger qualifying payment. Being outranked does not mean the purchased placement failed; your compliant listing remains ranked by its confirmed qualifying total.
Can I pay again?
Yes. There is no purchase-count limit. Submitting the same canonical destination charges the full newly selected amount and adds that confirmed payment to the listing’s cumulative All-time spend. It also counts in Today and Daily while it remains inside those time windows; earlier payments are never checkout credit.
When does the service begin?
Immediately after Dodo confirms successful payment. Failed, cancelled or abandoned checkouts never change the board.
Do you guarantee clicks, sales or a permanent position?
No. Triumvo sells sponsored visibility, not business results or a permanent rank. Position can change as other qualifying payments settle.
What is the refund policy?
A properly delivered advertising placement is normally final. Later being outranked, leaving a time window or receiving fewer results than expected is not a service failure. Duplicate charges, verified non-delivery, an incorrect charge or unauthorised payment are reviewed under the refund and dispute terms and mandatory law.
Who processes payment?
Dodo Payments provides the hosted checkout and acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Triumvo does not store full card details. Prices are shown in EUR; checkout displays applicable tax before payment.
Which listings are accepted?
The public category list covers general Malta businesses, but every destination is reviewed under the Rules. Illegal, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or payment-provider-prohibited content is not eligible.
How can I get help?
Email support@triumvo.com with the listing URL and, for payment issues, the Dodo transaction reference. Never send complete card details by email.
