Terms of Service.

1. Operator and contact

Triumvo is operated by Bakhromjon Kurbonov. Geographic address: Triq Gort, Malta. Legal, privacy, complaints and listing notices: support@triumvo.com.

2. What Triumvo provides

Triumvo sells public ranking placement for submitted products and profiles. The board is a paid advertising and discovery service. It is not an editorial review, accreditation, investment recommendation or guarantee of traffic, clicks, sales, search ranking, exclusivity, duration at a particular position or any business result.

3. Business eligibility and authority

• The paid service is offered only for business purposes. You must be at least 18, act wholly in a trade or professional capacity and be legally able to enter a binding agreement.
• If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
• You must own or be authorised to represent every submitted destination and content you provide.
• You may not use Triumvo where applicable sanctions or other laws prohibit the transaction.

4. Ranking and fulfilment

The public Rules form part of these terms. A checkout amount is an offer to purchase ranking placement. Rank is assigned only when Dodo Payments reports successful payment and is the position the confirmed amount supports at fulfilment time. Another participant may later pay more. An all-time listing remains active as a paid placement while Triumvo operates it and the listing complies with these terms, but its position is never fixed. All-time, rolling-24-hour and UTC-daily boards apply the windows described in the Rules.

5. Payments, EUR and tax

Prices are displayed in euro. Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout and acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction under its own terms and privacy notice; Triumvo does not store full card numbers. Dodo checkout states the amount charged and any applicable tax. A checkout preview does not reserve a rank. Triumvo validates the currency, product, frozen claim amount and payment result on the server before fulfilment.

6. Refunds, reversals and service failures

A properly delivered digital advertising placement starts immediately after Dodo Payments confirms payment and is normally final: Triumvo publishes a compliant listing or adds the qualifying payment to its ranking total. Being outranked later, leaving the rolling Today board after 24 hours, receiving fewer visits or business results than expected, dissatisfaction with a selected category, or removal following your breach is not a failure to deliver and does not create a refund right.

Contact support@triumvo.com promptly about a duplicate charge, verified failure to activate the service, incorrect amount or currency, fraudulent or unauthorised payment, or a listing rejected before activation. We will investigate with Dodo Payments and apply mandatory law. Any approved refund is made through the original payment channel; refunded or reversed amounts no longer qualify as ranking spend and may lower, suspend or remove the affected listing.

By completing checkout, the business buyer expressly asks Triumvo to begin performance immediately and acknowledges that any withdrawal or cooling-off right ends once the digital service starts, to the extent applicable law permits. Nothing in this section removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived. A chargeback or payment dispute may suspend the affected ranking while it is investigated.

7. Your promises

You confirm that the destination, listing and payment are genuine, accurate and lawful; do not impersonate another party; do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, advertising or consumer rights; do not contain malware or phishing; and possess any licence required for a regulated offer.

8. Prohibited use

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, violent, exploitative, adult/sexual, counterfeit, infringing or deceptive content; gambling, wagering or prize schemes; unlawful or unauthorised financial, medical or other regulated offers; malicious redirects; or destinations prohibited by Dodo Payments or applicable law. Triumvo processes only the sponsored-placement fee, not purchases offered by the linked advertiser. You may not manipulate clicks or rank, interfere with security, evade rate limits, replay payment events, automate claims without permission or attempt unauthorised access.

9. Public destination material

You grant Triumvo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, format and display content that you submit and have authority to license. Triumvo may separately retrieve and display limited publicly available metadata to identify the submitted destination, subject to applicable rights and the notice-and-review process. No ownership transfers to Triumvo.

10. Moderation and rights notices

Triumvo may verify, recategorise, delay, hide or remove material when reasonably necessary for law, safety, rights protection, payment disputes, platform integrity or these terms. An apparently regulated, restricted or private-invitation destination may require a human eligibility review before checkout; no payment is taken and no rank is reserved during that review. A notice should identify the complainant, the Triumvo listing, the destination, the right or issue involved and the complainant’s authority. Notices may be shared with the listing contact when necessary to assess the dispute.

11. External destinations

Listed websites and profiles are independent third parties. Their content, availability, claims and data practices are outside Triumvo’s control. Displaying a listing does not mean Triumvo endorses it.

12. Availability and liability

The service may change, pause or experience errors. Nothing here excludes liability that Maltese or applicable EU law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to mandatory law, Triumvo is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or conduct of an external destination. For a claim directly connected with a ranking payment, aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for that affected placement.

13. Complaints and changes

Send a complaint with the listing URL, transaction reference and requested resolution to support@triumvo.com. Triumvo will acknowledge and review it within a reasonable period. The effective date identifies the current terms. Material changes apply prospectively unless law or urgent safety requirements require otherwise. Terms accepted at checkout govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without removing mandatory protections available to a consumer under the law of their habitual residence. Competent Maltese courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

15. General

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. The checkout summary, Rules, these Terms and the Privacy Policy form the service agreement.
